About the course
In this course, we explore the creative journey of Scott Naʻauao, a Native Hawaiian graphic designer and co-founder of Welcome Stranger, a brand identity studio based in Hawai‘i. Raised in Kāneʻohe, Scott shares how his childhood love for drawing evolved into a fulfilling career rooted in visual storytelling, cultural expression, and entrepreneurship. From working in agencies to launching his own studio, Scott offers a candid look at what it takes to succeed in the ever-evolving design industry.
